Job Description
****Average hourly rate is $17.82 (including wage incentives bonuses overtime shift differential etc.****
Support children and families in the Family Preservation Program by coordinating resources assisting with case plans and providing handson guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Connect families with community resources (e.g. childcare employment benefits).
- Coach families on parenting child development and life skills.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare files for audits.
- Provide crisis intervention and transportation as needed.
- Collaborate with case managers and therapists to achieve program goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School/GED required
- Skills: Strong communication organization and technology proficiency.
Work Environment:
- Office home and communitybased with moderate physical activity.
