We are pleased to partner with a top Ontario law firm in the search for its next Director of Finance. The Director of Finance will lead and oversee the finance department and contributeto the firms financial strategy and success. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer the Directorof Finance will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and success of the organization. Thisposition will oversee the accounting billing and collections teams ensuring the accuracy efficiency andintegrity of financial operations.
The Director of Finance will provide strategic guidance to seniorleadership and partners leveraging their expertise in financial management reporting and analysis tooptimize revenue profitability and cash flow. With strong leadership and management skills this role willinspire and mentor our finance teams to excel fostering a culture of collaboration and leadership role is on site locatedin the heart of Toronto.
