Role Overview
Hale Kipa is looking for fulltime Case Managers for our Independent Living/Higher Education/Imua Kakou who will provide case management services to youth. Must have knowledge of community resources that are available to the youth. The Case Manager position is an onsite job. Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills be timely with documentation have basic computer skills and the ability to navigate an electronic health record system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work Psychology or related Human Services field
- At least one 1 year of experience with youth and youth services is required
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in navigating electronic health record systems
- Consistent and timely documentation
- Access to a vehicle for the purpose of transporting youth
- A valid drivers license
- Current auto insurance and safety check

Salary
- $40000 $45000 annual
- Retention Bonus: $500 after 1 year of employment
