Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Customer Retention Sales Manager to lead our client retention efforts. You will manage a remote team focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to reduce policy cancellations and increase satisfaction. This role offers a 100% commission-based compensation model ideal for a performance-driven leader who values flexibility and results.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a remote team dedicated to customer retention and satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to reduce policy cancellations and increase client loyalty
Conduct policy reviews and value-based conversations with clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client protection
Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve results
Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure continuity of the customer journey
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and team metrics

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales customer service or account management
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
