As a Vice President Operations Lead within JP Morgan Payments you will have a unique opportunity to enhance the operational framework of our global Merchant Services business. You will promote the adoption of CRM systems optimize processes and shape global pipeline management. Your role will be instrumental in improving the effectiveness of lead generation and strategic campaigns. By fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicating with senior leadership you will contribute to our operational excellence and innovative growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive CRM adoption and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Leverage CRM systems and operational tools to track manage and analyze processes.
- Influence global pipeline management and deliver critical business insights through advanced reporting.
- Analyze operational metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Enhance the effectiveness of lead generation and strategic campaigns through operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Use datadriven insights to optimize operational efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational activities performance and outcomes to senior management.
Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities
- 5 years experience in operations CRM management or process optimization with a track record of success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and operational tools.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry products and services with a payments background.
- Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels internally and externally.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
- Uses sound judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet strategic objectives; able to identify and recommend appropriate alternatives when traditional solutions do not apply.
- Knowledge of process optimization techniques and tools familiarity with automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative operational strategies.
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint.
