Are you an experienced sales professional and people leader ready to take on a new challenge in the heart of Barcelona Our client a leading BPO company is seeking an Italian-speaking Team Lead to drive results inspire a sales team and help shape the future of their client partnerships.

What youll do:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals ensuring targets are met
Provide coaching training and development to support team growth
Manage inbound leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Deliver strong personal sales performance while setting an example
Identify client challenges and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
Foster innovation efficiency and a positive team culture
What youll need:
Native/Fluent Italian (C1) strong English (B2)
Proven track record in inside sales within fast-paced environments
Previous experience in leading and coaching teams
Ability to analyze KPIs monitor performance and drive results
Resilient motivated and driven to achieve both team and individual goals
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and engaging prospects effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
