Job Description
Trillion Technology Solutions is looking to hire a Desktop Device Analyst for one of our contracts in DC
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies researches and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. A minimum of two years IT service at enterprise level preference of three years experience providing overall IT customer service.
Minimum AS/AA degree (or equivalent) related industry certifications (e.g. ITILv3.
