Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to students via email text or phone call.
Assist with incoming inquiries for the Enrollment team via front desk coverage.
Conduct tours of campus as needed.
Assist students in completing the online processes including admissions applications accessing information in MyIvy IvyLearn and other online platforms.
Assist students with registering for coursework.
Help with appointment management and booking for various student services offices.
Other duties logically associated with this role may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need.
Maintain a minimum of 6 credit hours of enrollment in eligible courses.
Maintain an aideligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Word Excel PowerPoint and Teams) is preferred
Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate copiers and other office related equipment.
Function effectively in a team environment.
Conduct all activities within the established guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Salary: $15.00 per hour
