Job Description
Once For All is a highgrowth cloudbased SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 250k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction transport retail hospitality education facility and property management manufacturing local and central government.
Role Summary:
Carbonica is a new initiative to capture and measure the full lifecycle assessment of carbon usage in building projects from estimation all the way to actual asbuilt usage.
The role holder will be responsible for supporting the development and management of the Carbonica product helping to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences for contractors and subcontractors inline with the product strategy and objectives of the business. Specifically you will be working on the launch of a new SAAS product offering being built from the ground up with reference to an existing MVP and industry standards. The role holder will work closely with the CTO Product Manager and other crossfunctional teams including engineering and design to prioritise the product backlog launch new features and ensure our platform meets customer needs anddrives commercial value.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Owner Carbonica
Working closely with the Product Manager for Carbonica own the backlog for all Carbonica features including workflows and transaction flows.
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders user feedback and analytics.
Translate highlevel business goals into detailed actionable user stories and acceptance criteria communicate these to engineering ahead of each sprint cycle.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive usercentric product experiences.
Work with engineering teams in Agile sprints to deliver highquality features on time.
Monitor performance of features during QA and business test/launch gather feedback and iterate quickly.
Problem resolution
Maintain and report on progress and act as the first point of contact for engineering regarding new features.
Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner with potential solutions whenever possible.
Design and User Experience
.Work with the Design and User Experience Research (UXR) team to deliver a bestinclass user experience.
Specify and document the brief to Designers and UX Researchers.
Manage the output from UXR and Design into engineering.

Experience & Qualifications
High quality degree or equivalent work experience.
3 years experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role preferably in a SaaS environment.
Experience working with Agile teams and tools like Jira Confluence Miro and Figma.
Comfortable working with crossfunctional teams and managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on product analytics.
Experience of Bill of Quantities Bill of Materials BIM models building estimation tools and technologies.
