What Youll Do:

Monitor campaign and community metrics and adjust strategy based on performance
Respond to community questions and moderate discussions to maintain a positive environment
Manage social media calendars in coordination with content and marketing teams
Identify trends and key conversations that align with the brand
Collaborate with growth product and analytics teams to align community goals with broader business objectives
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in Spanish (C1 with English proficiency (B1
Proven experience in social media marketing or community managementCasino/iGaming industry background is essential
Skilled in social media analytics and datadriven strategy
Strong content creation abilities tailored to specific platforms
Must be a resident of Colombia
