Job Description

This is a remote position.

Location: Remote (offshore Phillipines)
Type: Fulltime 40 hrs/week)
Compensation: $800$1000

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Family Office Bookkeeper & Executive Assistant to manage the personal financial affairs and executivelevel scheduling of a highnetworth entrepreneur. This individual will maintain personal accounting records in QuickBooks update net worth tracking tools (Kubera) and assist with daytoday personal and household administration. You ll be the right hand for both numbers and life logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Finance & Bookkeeping

  • Manage personal Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks Online

  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly

  • Track expenses loans mortgages and owner draws

  • Maintain realtime net worth records in Kubera

  • Organize supporting documentation for tax filings and financial reporting

  • Prepare monthly Personal Financial Statements

Executive & Lifestyle Support

  • Schedule and coordinate executive medical checkups (concierge or hybrid care)

  • Research and manage household vendors services and personal staff

  • Book domestic and international travel (including flights hotels reservations itineraries)

  • Organize family and social events or gatherings

  • Handle miscellaneous life admin: insurance renewals DMV family calendars



Requirements

  • 3 years in personal bookkeeping family office or finance admin

  • Strong command of QuickBooks Online Excel/Google Sheets

  • Experience working with HNW individuals or founders preferred

  • Trustworthy discrete and highly organized

  • Techsavvy with the ability to work across platforms (Kubera GSuite scheduling tools etc.
