Tasks
Seeking an experienced Head of Tax to lead and build out their tax function. This individual will manage corporate tax compliance advise on complex winddowns and work closely with internal teams to optimize and scale operations.
Requirements
515 years of experience preparing corporate tax returns with a strong track record in highvolume environments
Active EA or CPA license
Expertise in U.S. corporate tax law including 1120 filings
Confident advising clients on complex winddowns acquisitions and related tax matters
Interest in working with earlystage startups and scaling tax operations
Proven leadership experience managing tax preparers and bookkeepers
Strong communicator with a clientfocused mindset
Salary: $175k$275k competitive equity
Location: Onsite in Dumbo Brooklyn (New York City)
Visa: TN or H1B transfer sponsorship available if needed
