Real Time CRM Executive Sports - 10 month contract

Entain is hiring a Real Time CRM Executive to join our team on a 10 month fixed term contract.

So what does a Real Time CRM Executive do 

Our Real Time CRM team helps create exciting live sports experiences for our customers at Ladbrokes and Coral. We do this by sending personalised messages and offers to fans as the sports action unfolds!

As a Real Time CRM Executive youll work closely with a Real Time CRM Manager and play a key role in making sure customers receive the right message at the right time. Youll be responsible for managing the live customer journey based on whats happening in the world of sports at that moment.

Having a keen interest in most sports is required for this role. 

The role will require you to work at those times when our sportsbook is at its busiest so will need to be flexible to working evening and weekends. This is a shift based role with early shift times starting from 10am and late shifts finishing at 10pm.

What you will do 

• Manage scheduling and communication across multiple contact channels (push notifications SMS inapp messaging).
• Oversee daily sports betting schedules ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure that all our key promotions & offers are communicated to customers and key features of our sports trading proposition are given maximum exposure.
• Utilize segmentation tools to target the right audience with betting opportunities.
• Deliver realtime messaging as the action unfolds to maximize engagement.
• Drive customer interaction through strategic display and timing of offers.
• Lead automation projects and FreetoPlay game initiatives.
• Monitor and report on performance and progress in key areas.
• Contribute to the ideation and future strategy of RealTime CRM initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Passionate about sports is essential for this role
• Ideally you will have worked within the sports betting and gaming industry before but this isnt essential as long as you have a keen interest in sports. 
• Experience of working in a customer facing or customer servicing betting function will be helpful as you will understand the needs and demands of our customers
• Excellent communication skills (verbal written and presentation) 
• Strong attention to detail
• The role will require you to work at those times when our sportsbook is at its busiest so will need to be flexible to working evening and weekends.
• Happy to work shifts due to sporting calendar early shift starts from 10am late shift finishes at 10pm.
