Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Product Improvement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the current sustaining engineering manager to support our customers needs and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation or electrical engineering as well as experience in team management and automation firmware development. After immersion and transfer period of about 612 months the candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 57 people mentoring and developing team members and ensuring the timely delivery of highquality products and services. Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in automation firmware development and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools
  • Experience with project management and technical documentation
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to work onsite at least 80 of the time
  • Ability to travel up to one week per month within the US
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
  • Ready to partner with current product improvement manager to immerse into the organization and role.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or automation engineering
  • Proven track record of managing a team of 57 people preferred
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently
  • Resultoriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Ability to take initiative and drive change
