Location: Foxwoods Resort Casino Mashantucket CT
Season: 2025
HighFlyer Zipline is excited to launch our 2025 season and were looking for enthusiastic guestfocused individuals to join our Sales Crew! In proud partnership with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation weve been soaring since 2008welcoming guests from around the world with toptier customer care. Our zipline adventure features a single exhilarating run nearly 3/4 of a mile long reaching speeds of up to 60 mph.

Now Hiring: Customer Service
Positions include: Ticket & Merchandise Sales Greeters
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum age: 18
- Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene
- Friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
- Clear and effective communicator (in person over the phone and via radio)
- Able to provide brief instructions and directions to small groups
- Proficient with computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong cashhandling skills
- Detailoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced setting
- Safetyconscious and capable of demonstrating safety procedures
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit to meet job demands
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Reside locally or able to commute reliably
- Must pass a preemployment drug screening
Work Environment:
- Outdoor setting with exposure to varying weather (including temps over 95F)
- Moderate noise levels
- Fastpaced hospitalityfocused atmosphere where a welcoming service culture is essential
Physical Demands:
- Regular lifting and/or carrying of up to 60 lbs
- Staying hydrated and alert in outdoor conditions
- Frequent standing walking reaching crouching kneeling and verbal communication
- Strong vision abilities (close distance peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in cash handling required
- Background in guest services tourism or climbing/mountaineering is preferred
Preference is given to minimally qualified candidates who are members of federally recognized Native American tribes.
