As a Sales Representative youll play a key role in engaging potential customers managing incoming sales inquiries and building longlasting relationships that convert into repeat business. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone whos passionate about ecommerce highly organized and thrives in a digitalfirst environment.
Engage with prospects and existing customers via email phone and online platforms to drive sales and conversions.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services creating tailored solutions that add value.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing customer support and operations to ensure a seamless sales process.
Track and manage leads opportunities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Provide postsale support and ensure customer satisfaction acting as a liaison for escalations or followups.
Educate customers on promotions product launches and online tools for easier ordering and tracking.
Gather insights from customer interactions to help improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
23 years of experience in sales account management or business development preferably in ecommerce or tech.
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a customerfirst mindset.
Proven ability to hit sales goals and manage a pipeline of leads.
Familiarity with CRM systems sales reporting tools and online communication platforms.
Selfstarter with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience selling in ecommerce SaaS or digital services industries.
Knowledge of platforms like Shopify WooCommerce or Amazon Marketplace.
Understanding of online consumer behavior and digital marketing basics.
Previous remote sales experience is a plus.
