DescriptionThis role is responsible for supporting a Business Unit from within the Operations team. Working closely with a fastpaced team providing accurate effective operational and problemsolving support within the Willis Towers Watson CEM framework.
The Role
Operational and Service Delivery
- Understand apply and where necessary explain the business unit policies and procedures.
- Deliver timely and accurate end to end client documentation within the CEM framework FCA and contract certainty requirements
- Loading of data into the relevant WTW systems in an accurate and timely manner
- Undertake and verify due diligence of new clients markets and third parties
- Review monitor and provide resolution to technical questions from clients markets A&S claims compliance and business unit colleagues to ensure that the clients best interests are maintained
- Support the BU in accurate tracking and processing of revenue as required
- Assist and liaise with Xchanging the bureau submission and Facilities teams on submission queries
- Communicate effectively with colleagues markets and others where appropriate to maximise service delivery levels
- Undertake all mandatory training within the deadline set
- Undertake annually required level of Continuous Professional Development
- Perform quality checks on all documentation
- Always maintain confidentiality of information and manage data in line with WTW guidelines
- Any other duties as requested
QualificationsThe Requirements
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage conflicting priorities
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external sources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient use of MS Word Excel and Outlook
- Understanding of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
- Working knowledge of insurance industry wordings and the regulatory environment
- Working towards or willing to undertake CII qualifications
