Job Description

Description

This role is responsible for supporting a Business Unit from within the Operations team. Working closely with a fastpaced team providing accurate effective operational and problemsolving support within the Willis Towers Watson CEM framework.

The Role

Operational and Service Delivery

  • Understand apply and where necessary explain the business unit policies and procedures.
  • Deliver timely and accurate end to end client documentation within the CEM framework FCA and contract certainty requirements
  • Loading of data into the relevant WTW systems in an accurate and timely manner
  • Undertake and verify due diligence of new clients markets and third parties
  • Review monitor and provide resolution to technical questions from clients markets A&S claims compliance and business unit colleagues to ensure that the clients best interests are maintained
  • Support the BU in accurate tracking and processing of revenue as required
  • Assist and liaise with Xchanging the bureau submission and Facilities teams on submission queries
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues markets and others where appropriate to maximise service delivery levels
  • Undertake all mandatory training within the deadline set
  • Undertake annually required level of Continuous Professional Development
  • Perform quality checks on all documentation
  • Always maintain confidentiality of information and manage data in line with WTW guidelines
  • Any other duties as requested


Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage conflicting priorities
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external sources
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient use of MS Word Excel and Outlook
  • Understanding of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
  • Working knowledge of insurance industry wordings and the regulatory environment
  • Working towards or willing to undertake CII qualifications
