Job Title: Front of House Manager
Location: Charleston SC
Compensation: $60000$70000 annually

A critically acclaimed New American restaurant in Charleston is looking for a Front of House Manager to join their tightknit team. The restaurant is led by awardwinning chefowners and features a techniquedriven kitchen with a constantly evolving menu.

As the chefowners gear up for their next project youll play a key role in shaping the guest experience at a concept that values hospitality creativity and community.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily FOH operations ensuring smooth service and warm attentive hospitality
- Support train and inspire a seasoned service team
- Oversee floor management guest relations and reservation flow
- Collaborate with the kitchen and ownership to align service with culinary vision
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness safety and compliance
- Contribute to wine list knowledge pairing suggestions and service education
Qualifications:
- FOH leadership experience in a chefdriven fullservice restaurant
- Passion for hospitality with a focus on guest experience and team development
- Strong communication organization and problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with eclectic wine programs and enthusiasm for continued learning
- Flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends
