Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

As a Human Resources Business Partner youll report to the HRBP Leader and serve as a strategic and handson HR advisor supporting a mixed union and nonunion workforce at a singlesite 24/7 industrial facility.
Partner with union leadership and management on labor relations matters and contract negotiations.
Conduct investigations into employee relations matters ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Implement performance management practices support corrective action planning and coach leaders.
Participate in workforce planning and succession planning in collaboration with TA and leadership.
Assist employees with benefit questions and coordinate with the benefits team as needed.
Support the recruiting process and participate in candidate interviews.
Generate and interpret HRIS data to guide decisionmaking.
Provide proactive oncall HR support and serve as a trusted resource for all levels of the organization.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience in a unionized industrial environment
Proven success handling labor relations and employee grievance processes
Calm demeanor strong problemsolving ability and commitment to employee engagement
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Word Outlook Excel)
Willingness to support a 24/7 environment and provide oncall HR support when needed
