Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Greater Philadelphia PA (Easily commutable from South NJ and Wilmington)
Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Operations
Schedule: Onsite 9/80 Work Schedule Flexible Hours Minimal Travel

What Youll Do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner youll report to the HRBP Leader and serve as a strategic and handson HR advisor supporting a mixed union and nonunion workforce at a singlesite 24/7 industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with union leadership and management on labor relations matters and contract negotiations.

  • Conduct investigations into employee relations matters ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

  • Implement performance management practices support corrective action planning and coach leaders.

  • Participate in workforce planning and succession planning in collaboration with TA and leadership.

  • Assist employees with benefit questions and coordinate with the benefits team as needed.

  • Support the recruiting process and participate in candidate interviews.

  • Generate and interpret HRIS data to guide decisionmaking.

  • Provide proactive oncall HR support and serve as a trusted resource for all levels of the organization.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum 5 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience in a unionized industrial environment

  • Proven success handling labor relations and employee grievance processes

  • Calm demeanor strong problemsolving ability and commitment to employee engagement

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Word Outlook Excel)

  • Willingness to support a 24/7 environment and provide oncall HR support when needed
