Day to day activities will include:
- Partner with leaders to provide expertise in areas such as employee relations performance and strategic resource planning
- Drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and strengthen leadership capability.
- Coach and mentor managers enhancing their ability to lead people effectively and navigate HR matters with confidence.
- Lead key talent initiatives
- Manage complex HR cases and change initiatives balancing strategic objectives with positive employee outcomes.
- Support and lead cross-functional HR projects aligned with business goals and employee engagement.

Qualifications :
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
- Experience: HR Business Partner or Senior Generalist experience in a complex fast-paced environment.
- Education: Degree in Business HR or related field; CIPD qualification is a plus.
- Expertise: Strong working knowledge of employment law HR policy design and strategic HR delivery.
- Skills:
- Influential communicator and relationship-builder.
- Strong problem-solver with analytical and project management skills.
- Confident advisor and coach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Also:
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Oracle).
- Background in supporting organizational change and people transformation initiatives.
Additional Information :
This role has a salary of between 55600 and 69500 depending on experience plus our flexible benefits package and bonus.
This role currently has a requirement to work on-site a min of 3 days per week.
Relocation assistance may be available for qualifying UK based applicants to move closer to our site.
