Job Title: SEO Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

With limited internal digital marketing resources they are seeking a seasoned expert who can take ownership of their SEO strategy from the ground up.
Position Overview:
Were looking for a highly experienced SEO Specialist to lead local search performance initiatives for facilities across the U.S. This role combines both strategic and handson responsibilities in organic and paid acquisition driving visibility traffic and conversions. The right candidate will be confident working independently with a proven track record of successful campaigns across local and niche markets ideally including sectors like logistics or shortterm real estate rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute local SEO strategies for client facilities across multiple regions
- Conduct keyword research optimize site content and metadata and build highquality backlinks
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns to support SEO goals
- Monitor analyze and report on key metrics including traffic rankings and conversions
- Present insights through dashboards and campaign performance visualizations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders via Slack and email
Qualifications:
- 3 years of handson SEO experience including leadership on strategy development
- Prior SEO work may include experience in real estaterelated activities such as shortterm rentals
- Demonstrated success with local SEO and Google Ads campaign management
- Strong portfolio showing measurable improvements in rankings and search visibility
- Proficient with SEO tools like Google Analytics Search Console Ahrefs and SEMrush
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to communicate strategy to nonexperts
NicetoHaves:
- Experience in digital marketing outside of SEO (e.g. paid social or email campaigns)
- Prior work in logistics infrastructure or shortterm rental markets
- Familiarity with technical tools like GitHub and VS Code
