Job Description
Job Title: Compliance Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)
Client: Aerospace Manufacturing Industry
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Carson City NV 89706
Shift: 1st Shift 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
Position Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory and internal documentation standards are met in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong focus on document control and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Able to read write and speak fluent English
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Must pass job-related assessments
Required Skills:
- Good computer proficiency
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent organizational & multi-tasking ability
- Professional customer service orientation
- Ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions
- Must be able to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate completed repair/manufacturing documentation packages
- Handle sorting filing and scanning of final work packages
- Ensure compliance with Company RSM/QCM
- Must understand and adhere to ISO/TCS quality standards
- Follow all company health safety and environmental policies
- Uphold and promote the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
