About the Job:
Be part of our clients team as a SAP HCM Consultant where youll provide remote consulting services for SAP addon solutions during project implementations. A strong knowledge of SAP HCM (HR and/or Payroll) ideally as a former consultant or ABAP Developer is key and experience with SuccessFactors is a big plus. The role also includes tasks like functional design testing configuration creating enduser documentation and providing internal/external training.
The position requires consulting experience or strong analytical skills particularly in SAP HR modules and best practices. The candidate should have a solid foundation in SAP HR to adapt and integrate our addon solutions and handle various remote consulting tasks (e.g. product setup configuration solution build parallel testing etc.. Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 10 years of experience (for Senior Level) or 5 years (for MidLevel) in SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementation (preferably PY focus).
- Experience in software documentation or similar activities such as drafting functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources processes; knowledge of Payroll processes is essential.
- Proficiency in testing professional Cloudbased or Webbased solutions.

- Ability to work independently on projects and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for delivering highquality work and excelling in identifying potential flaws and issues.
- Strong sense of responsibility problemsolving skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately if possible.
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand various solutions with a focus on recent integrations (PCC / SuccessFactors integration) and migration solutions.
- Provide remote consulting services including blueprinting product setup configuration solution build parallel testing training etc. across different regions.
- Meet remotely with customers and other consultants to understand their use cases.
- Serve as a key contact for concerns during product implementation.
Other responsibilities (when consulting services are low) include but are not limited to:
- Participate in ensuring the overall quality of solutions before official release.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand system requirements and assist during the functional requirements phase and unit testing.
- Provide functional test scenarios and testing requirements covering new functionalities of the solution.
- Prepare necessary HR master data and SAP/SuccessFactors configurations for relevant test scenarios including SAP HR and PY data manipulation and potentially SuccessFactors data.
- Provide online documentation materials for endusers.
- Participate in the QA review of documentation provided by other team members.
- Develop training videos and materials for internal staff prospects and customers.
- Create test and demonstration scenarios in the SAP/SF demonstration environment.
- Assist in building predelivered configurations and scenarios used within various solutions.
