Remote Customer Care with a Search Engine Corporation (Dutch Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Lisbon! Youve got to be located in Lisbon.
Salary is EUR 1350 per month gross with bonuses

Are you a techsavvy communicator with a passion for helping others Do you speak Dutch fluently and love solving complex problems Were looking for dynamic individuals to support customersremotely from Lisbon!
What youll do:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Microsoft products (Windows Office Teams Outlook etc.

Help customers via phone chat or email guiding them stepbystep through technical solutions

Diagnose issues and escalate unresolved problems to specialized teams when necessary

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely solutions

Stay uptodate with Microsoft products and internal procedures
Who you are:

Fluent in Dutch (C1 or higher) and proficient in English (B2 minimum)

Experienced in technical support or highly interested in tech

A great communicator with strong problemsolving skills

Customeroriented and calm under pressure

Able to work from home (within Portugal) and manage your time effectively
