Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing with OHNAP certificate
- Must be a Filipino Registered Nurse
- At least 1 years experience on the same role Flexible and openminded to carious changes and business decisions.
- Works with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in Ortigas in an onsite work arrangement.
- Amenable to work on a graveyard shift schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety programs.
- Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
- Administer overthecounter medication to employees.
- Promote healthy eating and wellness programs by conducting health seminars to the employees.
- Document all employees injury and illness and keep this information confidential. Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks. Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
- Communicate with the Facilities and HR Manager on a regular basis.
- Main POC for PEME endorsement and validation
- Lead Annual Physical Examination and Random Drug Testing
- Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees.
