As an account manager you will oversee end-to-end order fulfillment for clients working closely with BD Sales and internal teams to ensure smooth post-contract executionfrom order processing and payment follow-up to delivery coordination. Drive client order profitability while nurturing long-term relationships to maximize repeat business and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage client orders by coordinating with Supply Chain Logistics and Finance; monitor payments and resolve order issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BD Sales and internal teams to align delivery and client needs.
- Foster client relationships through regular check-ins upselling feedback gathering and advocating client-driven improvements.
- Meet profitability targets control payment risks and analyze order data to increase account value.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (written/spoken); Chinese proficiency a plus; German/Italian advantageous.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Marketing Computer Science or related fields.
- 3 years B2B account management experience ideally in SaaS hardware or beauty industries (skincare medical aesthetics salons/spas).
- Strong communication stakeholder management data-driven decision-making and risk management skills.
- Candidates with Computer Science major software development or coding experience are preferred.
