Job Description
Position: Site Acquisition Consultant (Dutch)
Location: Maastricht Netherlands
Work model: Hybrid
Contract type: limited term contract 1 year) with possibility of extension
Remuneration: Base salary commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching for suitable locations for telecom antennas and identifying potential landlords
- Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports
- Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms
- Maintaining uptodate information in our custom software
- Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native level of Dutch with fluency in English
- Ability to travel throughout Netherlands for business
- Sales or negotiations experience
- Extraordinary negotiations skills are an absolute necessity
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work independently while being team player at the same time
