Delivery Manager opportunity at a leading General Insurance Software vendor in Sydney CBD.
Due to increasing client base and demand this company is expanding and needs to build its Delivery Manager team.
This company is wellknown for its collaborative professionaland downtoearth team culture.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery Manager
- Endtoend delivery of platform implementations (both handson delivery management and delegation to delivery team members) and
- Contributing to the practices used in all deliveries
- Client Facing Software Vendor Consulting or System Integrator
- Accountability for delivery success and ownership of the customer and ownership (commercial and otherwise) of the financial and nonfinancial outcomes of projects and BAU implemented
- Leadership
- Manage project team members to meet project goals adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Management also includes the wellbeing mentoring and performance monitoring of project team members.

Essential experience:
- 5 years of endtoend software implementation Project Management
- MUST HAVE Client Facing Software Vendor Consulting or System Integrator
- Both Agile and Waterfall projects
- Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
Desirable experience:
- General Insurance
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 PRINCE2 Agile or Scrum Master
