POSITION DUTIES:
Supervise and optimize the financial operations to ensure the organizations financial health and stability. Provide strategic advice to the CEO on financial and business risks related to strategic initiatives. Assist the CEO in preparations for and during investor presentations. Handle analyst and investor inquiries confidently. Draw upon IPO experience to develop an IPO roadmap and guide the company strategically through the potential IPO process. Strengthen the Accounting team establish robust financial controls and prepare the team for SEC reporting. Leverage professional networks to identify the ideal financial and banking partners optimizing our debt position and securing adequate capital for growth initiatives. Collaborate with the executive team to make wellinformed financial decisions and safeguard the organizations interests. Evaluate and manage all financial advisors and partners to ensure effective support for our financial operations.
DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:
Master of Arts or Professional Accounting degree or the foreign equivalent
in Accounting or a related field of study.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Five 5 years of experience in the position offered as a Vice President of
Finance Vice President of Finance and Strategy Director of Strategic
Finance and Business Operations Director of Strategic Finance and FP&A
Strategic Finance Manager Corporate Development Manager Strategic
Projects and M&A or a related financial director or manager role.
OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Five 5 years of work experience with all of the following: leading a
company from Series A B and/or C capital fundraising rounds; publishing
annual and quarterly reports; SarbanesOxley; and complex financial debt
instruments spanning from venture capital to traditional capitalraising
methods to support company growth.
RATE OF PAY: $272334.00 to 310000.00 per year
