Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
At least 10 years of financial leadership experience with 3 years in a CFO or senior finance role.
Previous experience working with Private Equity-backed companies (required).
Strong knowledge of manufacturing/production environments including cost accounting and operational metrics.
Proven ability to design and implement KPIs to monitor and drive performance.
Familiarity with Sage 50 or similar ERP/accounting software.
Exceptional analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective leadership and communication skills with a track record of building collaborative teams.
