You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSUMMARY: Supports the commercial/sales efforts through completion of various administrative tasks associated with the sales cycle. Provides a high level of satisfaction and engagement throughout the client sales experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as a quoting specialist by preparing updating and delivering timely quotes received from various sources that could include emails phones calls referrals Commercial team or online form submission.
Assists Commercial team with creating and updating sales documentation as needed to include quotes scopes contracts and other forms.
Assists Commercial team with creation of large or intricate/more involved quotes.
Prepares for client meetings by creating and updating charts graphs presentations or other materials as needed.
Acts as a CRM specialist by accurately inputting leads creating prospects notes etc. This may also include extracting sales information for meetings presentations and updates.
Researches and tracks opportunities as instructed and as needed.
Prepares for and participates in trade shows meetings conference and other duties as requested.
Attends takes notes and participates in commercial/sales meetings as assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to participate in basic scoping conversations and dialogue with clients using various modes of communication such as phone email and in person.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
2 years of experience working directly with clients sales and/or administrative responsibilities
