Job Description: Fresh Fish Cutter
Location: Jacksonville FL 32254
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fresh Fish Cutter to join our team in Jacksonville FL. The Fresh Fish Cutter will be responsible for cutting and preparing fresh fish for sale in our seafood market. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seafood and be able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment. Prior experience working with seafood is preferred but not necessary as training on the job will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Cut and prepare fresh fish for sale
- Ensure all fish is cut to the proper specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of seafood products
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with seafood preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent knife skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
