Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets
Ability to story tell share product knowledge and rituals to guests
Demonstrate proper usage of skincare products to guests
To be guest centric whenever engaging with guests
Assist guests on their needs
Ability to recruit and build rapport with guests to maintain long-term relationships
Managed boutique clienteling
Ensure smooth flow on day to day operation
Meet and follow boutique SOP standard
Able to work in groups and follow up with instruction shared by team/counter lead
Adaptable to environment change whenever required
Seek passionate individuals dedicated to providing service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Qualifications :
Minimum diploma or equivalent level of education
Additional education in relevant field or demonstration of extensive knowledge in beauty and skincare products is a plus
With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail sales or FMCG industry
Sales driven and proactive
Team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition
Enjoy operating in a fast-paced retail environment
Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays
Present looking and well groomed
People-oriented and team player with a positive mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Well-organized and committed to accuracy at all levels of details
