Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer Birmingham up to 30k basic plus commission
A leading multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer who will have the opportunity to progress into a management position.
As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer you will be responsible for:
- Arranging property viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Carrying out Valuations
- Business generation
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
Skills Required:
- Estate Agency experience
- Valuation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license and car
