Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Eaton Bray LU6
Salary: OTE 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Lettings Negotiator Wanted for a smart well known independent agency operating in the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area.
Our client is a busy residential Sales and Lettings Agency with a wellknown office in Eaton Bray and they are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
The role is exciting and varied: you will be responsible for booking and attending viewings upselling services ensuring every opportunity is maximised canvassing for new business and most importantly delivering a firstclass service to the clients.
You will be working closely with the Lettings Manager who will provide invaluable on the job training and an opportunity to progress your career.
This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build or develop their career in the property sector.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency based in the Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire area that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experience of working in the Lettings industry
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Be able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Full UK driving license and own car required
