Job Description

Were looking for a passionate and detailorientedWorkplace Operations Coordinator to be the behindthescenes magic that makes the workday work. From restocking supplies to making sure meeting rooms are ready to go the Workplace Operations Coordinator notices the little things before anyone else doesand handles them fast. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and always willing to jump in and help. If youre ready to keep things running smoothly and learn the ropes of workplace operations this ones for you!

This role will be based in our New York NY office 5 days per week.

What youll do:

  • Support daily office operations: supplies amenities mail upkeep
  • Greet visitors handle access badges and make sure the space is welcoming
  • Respond to employee requests and escalate issues as needed
  • Coordinate vendors for cleaning snacks minor repairs etc.
  • Assist with event setup room scheduling and basic tech checklists
  • Keep things neat stocked and running without a hitch

What were looking for:

  • 23 years of admin office or workplace experience (or strong willingness to learn)
  • A reliable cando attitude and sense of ownership
  • Comfort with basic tech tools (email ticketing systems spreadsheets)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly helpful and proactiveyou dont wait to be asked

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Experience in a highgrowth or tech environment

In accordance with New York City Law below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on but not limited to: experience education professional licenses location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance disability insurance life insurance 401k plan paidtime off and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary yearend bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $65000 $80000.
