Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day field operations and scheduling
Lead and develop field teams
Ensure compliance with fire codes OSHA and company policies
Resolve technical and customer service issues
Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements
Oversee equipment fleet and digital tools (e.g. ServiceTrade)
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field
5 years in operational leadership (fire life safety preferred)
Strong knowledge of fire alarm and sprinkler systems
Proven leadership problem-solving and communication skills
