Content is a critical part of how we tell our story engage with our audience and grow our impact. Thats why we are looking for a Content & SEO Specialist who is not just great with words but also passionate about technology automation and datadriven marketing. If you can blend creativity with analytics storytelling with SEO and strategy with executionthis role is for you.
As our Content Specialist you need to be techsavvy who can turn complex topics into compelling content. The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with a strong background in B2B SaaS writing SEO and AIpowered content creation. You will be responsible for writing and optimizing content across multiple channelsfrom blog posts and landing pages to customer success stories LinkedIn content and marketplace descriptions.
This role is very handson. You wont just be writingyou will collaborate with designers video editors and developers to ensure our content is optimized visually and structurally. You need to be familiar with AI tools (like ChatGPT) to scale production but maintain the human touch that keeps our content fresh valuable and engaging.
35 years experience in content writing with a strong understanding of B2B audiences ideally in SaaS or tech.
Advanced SEO knowledge strong understanding of keyword research onpage optimization and best practices.
Native English speaker with excellent grammar and storytelling skills.
Ability to use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) effectively to speed up content production while maintaining quality.
Profound knowledge of technical topics (automation AI integrations) and ability to simplify them for different audiences.
Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush or similar.
Ability to create engaging social media content especially for LinkedIn.
Experience in working with designers video editors and web developers to ensure seamless of content across different formats.
Familiar with WordPress (including Elementor) to make minor content updates directly.
Ability to work in Western European time zones (CET preferred).

Content Creation: Write compelling and SEOoptimized content including: Blog posts Landing pages Customer success stories Marketing Emails Marketplace descriptions Social media posts (primarily LinkedIn) Lead magnets and other marketing materials.
AIAssisted Content Creation: Utilize AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to accelerate content production while ensuring originality and high quality.
Technical Understanding: Quickly grasp and explain complex topics related to automation AI and integrations in an engaging and clear way. Prior experience in tech/SaaS content writing is highly preferred.
SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research optimize onpage content and implement best practices to increase organic traffic.
Content Planning & Performance: Develop and manage a content calendar and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
Social Media Content: Write and manage LinkedIn content ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to direct the creation of visual and audiovisual assets that support written content.
Content : Besides writing you make sure that videos images and other multimedia elements are part of the final content. Work alongside WordPress developers to ensure content is presented effectively providing design and layout feedback where needed.
Common Sense in Design UX & SEO Optimization: Have an eye for design and strong UX awareness make sure that the content is visually appealing userfriendly and SEOoptimized when implemented in landing pages or marketing materials. This includes a deep understanding of how design impacts SEO such as contrast text size readability mobile responsiveness and accessibility best practices favored by Google.
