At AAA Forklifts were seeking a driven individual to join our team as a fulltime Forklift Repair Shop Team Lead in Orlando FL. As a natural leader you have the chance to play a key role in guiding our technicians to success and ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN A FORKLIFT REPAIR SHOP TEAM LEAD
Do you enjoy building a rapport with customers Are you friendly and detailoriented If this sounds like you and you meet the following criteria we want you as a manager!
- 2 years of experience as a forklift mechanic
- 1 years of experience in field or shop service
- Previous experience building motors and transmissions/hydraulic pumps
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Factory training (preferred)
- Experience working as a mechanic in an industrial or plant environment OR formal automotive training in a trade school/ASE (preferred)

As a Forklift Repair Shop Team Lead youre vital to our shops success. Each day you assess workloads schedule technicians and provide handson training and support. With meticulous attention to detail you oversee invoicing ensuring financial accuracy. Your focus on exceptional customer service ensures client satisfaction.
