YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be responsible for opening our office at 8:50 am and ensuring all doors are locked at 5 pm daily.
As a Marketing Specialist Leasing Coordinator your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be put to good use as you handle voicemails and emails ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries from prospective tenants. You will also have the opportunity to collect rental payments and act as the first point of contact for incoming calls to the office.
In addition to these responsibilities you will also play a vital role in working renter leads auditing Showmojo for accuracy and retrieving feedback from all showings. You will be responsible for placing signs and lockboxes on published homes. Collaboration with our underwriting specialist is key as you review upcoming movein dates coordinate key pickups and complete movein inspections.
