NOW HIRING: Express Service Advisor Join Our Winning Team!
Whites Auto Mall is looking for a friendly organized and motivated Express/Quick Service Advisor to be the face of our fastpaced service lane. If youre passionate about customer service and want to be part of a professional team that values growth we want to meet you!
What Youll Do:
Greet customers in the service lane with a smile
Write up repair orders for oil changes tire rotations and basic maintenance
Communicate recommended services clearly and professionally
Keep customers informed throughout their visit
Ensure smooth handoff between the express team and technicians
Deliver a great customer experience that earns trust and drives loyalty
What Were Looking For:
Excellent communication and people skills
High energy organized and detailoriented
Previous customer service experience (automotive a plus but not required)
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Team player attitude with a strong work ethic
