About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim People & Culture Advisor to join our norwegian team to uphold our organisational excellence. In this multifaceted role you will act as a trusted advisor providing comprehensive People support and implement key people initiatives. You will play a vital part in contributing to our local office environment ensuring its an inspiring and productive space while also executing on our global People & Culture strategy.

This is a parental leave coverage starting as soon as possible and for ca 1 year.

Some of the things you will do;

  • People Administration: Efficiently handle People administration tasks ensuring smooth processes for HRIS data management employee contracts onboarding and offboarding.
  • Workplace Excellence: Collaborate with the Workplace Experience & People Engagement Manager to ensure our Norwegian office remains an inspiring welcoming and well-functioning workplace for everyone.
  • Culture & Engagement: Coordinate and execute engaging local events and activities designed to strengthen our unique culture and foster strong team connections
  • Talent Acquisition Partnership: Act as a proactive partner to our Talent Acquisition team by supporting market hiring needs and contributing to recruitment efforts.
  • Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure unwavering compliance with local labor laws and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for labor law-related processes and questions.
  • Global Project Contribution: Actively participate in and contribute to various global People & Culture projects ensuring local needs and perspectives are effectively considered.


What were looking for

  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist Specialist/Advisor or similar People & Culture role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices including talent management leadership development and employee engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and act as a trusted advisor at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and guide leaders and employees
  • Experience in coordinating events and initiatives that enhance company culture.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and managing HR administrative processes.
  • Solid knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supporting change management and transformation initiatives is a plus
