Sr Business Systems Analyst

URM Stores Inc. is seeking our next Sr Business Systems Analyst to join our evergrowing team. Our Sr Business Systems Analyst will participate in the design and implementation of core business functions in the organizations ERP system of choice. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into application implementation plans. You will have a strong understating of business practices and application capabilities to assist in business decisions related to system configuration and usage. You will also troubleshoot issues optimize performance and maintain support documentation for the organization ERP. Strong analytical skills business process design experience and effective communication are essential for success in this role.

The selected candidate must reside within the Inland Pacific Northwest with the ability to work onsite at our Corporate Office in Spokane WA at a minimum of 25 of a calendar year.

Your Day to Day:

1. System Implementation: Conduct the initial setup and configuration of ERP software to meet business requirements.
2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate these into technical specifications.
3. Customization and Integration: Configure the ERP system to fit specific business processes and integrate it with other software applications used by the organization.
4. Data Migration: Ensure smooth and accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
5. Training and Support: Provide training sessions to endusers and offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
6. System Maintenance: Conduct regular system upgrades patching and performance monitoring to ensure optimal functionality.
7. Compliance: Ensure that the ERP system complies with industry regulations and internal policies.
8. Vendor Coordination: Work with ERP software vendors for support updates and issue resolution.
9. Project Management: Lead or participate in ERP implementation projects including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.

Required Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors Degree preferred Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 Years of Experience working with ERP systems. Netsuite preferred but will consider other systems such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they operate into an ERP system.
• Knowledge of SQL database management and basic programming or scripting skills is a plus.
• Experience in troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to ERP systems.
• Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailoriented with the ability to understand complex systems.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ERP certification (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with ERP system migrations or implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
