You have the ability to own the progression of a landscape construction installation and know what needs to be done andwhen. You have an eye for detail taking care that your work is done well. Motivated energetic and goaloriented you like to be where the action is following a clear plan to efficiently complete the task at hand while supporting others to do the same. A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader youll report to a Field Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch. Youll focus on serving our customers in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACT
Lead a crew and jobs to meet quality standards including coordinating the crew delegating responsibilities and providing guidance
Promote a culture of safety awareness by enforcing and adhering to safety protocols and minimizing onsite risks
Manage efficiency by tracking proper timekeeping allocating materials recording accurate notes on work tickets and understanding how to execute to allocated hours on a job
Cascade information from crew leader meetings and field manager to your crew
