Your impact
Were on the lookout for an experienced Freelance Event Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and help deliver a series of vibrant brand popup events at universities across the UK.
From Freshers Week Fairs to oncampus popup experiences youll be at the heart of creating engaging student activations that connect students with top employers through Handshake. If youre passionate about events love meeting new people and have a track record of delivering seamless experiences this is for you.
Your role
Lead and manage events across the UK connecting students with top employers and opportunities through Handshake.
Drive a van to and from events transporting equipment (full clean UK driving licence essential van driving experience required).
Set up and break down event equipment ensuring everything is in place for a successful activation.
Brief manage and motivate student brand ambassadors onsite to align with campaign goals.
Monitor the events ensuring it runs smoothly and according to plan.
Provide endofday reporting to capture insights and performance.
Your experience
Minimum 2 years experience in event management.
Proven van driving experience with a full clean UK drivers licence.
A proactive selfstarter who is solutionsfocused and resultsdriven.
Confident with lifting and setting up event materials and equipment.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to keep teams aligned and motivated.
