Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Solutions Delivery is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of multiple active and planned Government contracts focused on missiondriven digital transformation. This role leads and scales a highperforming delivery team to execute innovative solutions across Cloud SaaS PaaS and COTS platforms driving operational excellence defining technical strategy ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and fostering organic growth across a diverse set of accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Portfolio Management (Strategic Oversight of Multiple Projects)
- Maintain a highlevel view of all active and planned projects across the portfolio to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Track performance metrics and participate in reporting and presentations.
- Identify risks and create mitigation or corrective action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of accountability and results.
- Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of each projects roadmap ensuring alignment with strategic objectives key milestones and delivery timelines to ensure seamless project .
- Identify opportunities for resource optimization and system performance improvements through innovation.
- Help prepare for and assist in regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress risks and mitigation strategies.
- Guide and mentor project managers and technical leads across the portfolio.
- Facilitate regular portfolio and project reviews with internal leadership to ensure ongoing alignment and effectiveness.
Project Management (Individual Project Oversight)
- Follow best practices of SAFe Agile Kanban and Scrum project management.
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for government contractsfrom initiation through closeout.
- Manage project scope to ensure alignment with objectives actively controlling scope changes to minimize scope creep and maintain project focus.
- Create and maintain timelines to ensure tasks are completed and milestones are reached.
- Identify assess and mitigate potential project risks.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and continuously update the roadmap aligning milestones and deliverables with overall goals and timelines.
- Monitor and coordinate interrelated tasks or projects to avoid conflicts or delays.
- Ensure all projects are executed in alignment with contractual requirements organizational standards and federal performance benchmarks including scope schedule quality and cost targets.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports that update progress risks and milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders internal teams and subcontractors.
- Continuously monitor and enforce compliance with industrys best practices agencyspecific guidelines and internal quality assurance protocols including ISO and CMMI PMO standards to drive successful delivery.
- Manage and process change requests ensuring proposed changes are evaluated documented and approved as needed.
- Ensure projects meet contract deliverables servicelevel agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards.
- Document project lessons learned for continual improvement of future activities.
- Attend and participate in annual and/or regional conferences seminars and other meetings as requested.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure that projects and company goals are achieved.
- Establish and maintain clear expectations with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives timelines roadmap roles and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Determine and assess the need for additional or reduced staff.
- Identify opportunities to optimize resources and enhance system performance through innovation.
Business Development Support
- Support business development efforts by evaluating pipeline projects for capacity staffing and readiness.
- Proactively leverage client relationships and project performance insight to identify and pursue opportunities for contract expansion scope modifications and followon work.
- Collaborate with business development and capture teams to position the company for strategic growth within existing accounts.
- Support ServBeyonds proposal activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university preferably in Technology Business or a related discipline.
- Active Project Management Professional certification (e.g. PMI PMP).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Strong problemsolving abilities and creative thinking under pressure.
- Executivelevel communication skills.
- Strong presentation negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to build business cases that support investment and resource decisions.
- Ability to manage crossfunctional sourced and matrixed teams effectively.

Required Experience
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in technology product management and/or business consulting.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
- Significant experience leading complex technological integrations and business process transformationsdelivered on time within budget and with high client satisfaction.
- Proven ability to assess enduser and customer needs develop creative solutions and influence strategic direction.
Work Location
Hybrid (A combination of onsite and remote work which will vary week to week depending on company requirements).
Salary Information
The annual salary for the Senior Manager of Solutions Delivery position is $130000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance retirement plans and professional development opportunities.
