Contour Airlines offers

  • Competitive salary
  • Health vision and dental coverage as well as shortterm/longterm disability and voluntary life insurance policies. If selected these are effective on the first day of the month following your date of hire. Our current benefit enrollment guide will be provided during the onboarding process if you are selected for employment.
  • Participationin our 401(k) savings plan which would also be effective the first day of the month following your date of Company match is up to 6. Your eligibility to participate in this benefit will be in accordance with the normal practices and guidelines of the Company.   • Paid sick leave. You can accrue up to 56 hours per year which will roll over each year until your sick bank reaches 480 hours.
  • Vested vacation hours. These hours are available to you on January 1st following your date of hire.
  • Nonrevenue/space available (NRSA) travel privileges after completing six active months of service.
  • A variety of leaves of absence including medical leave nonmedical leave for the care of a family member maternity leave paternity leave personal leave etc. Specific information regarding Contour Airlines leave of absence policy is outlined in our Employee Handbook which will be provided to you during the onboarding process should you be selected for employment.

Summary of Essential Duties

  • Be at least 23 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Prior aviation experience or aviation related education a plus.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
  • Must have a valid driver license and good driving record.
  • Must understand read and write English.
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customeroriented mindset
  • Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Must have welldeveloped people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle interruptions and a fastpaced environment.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Be selfmotivated and able to motivate others
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism
  • Must pass a DOT required preemployment drug screen and willing to submit to and pass FAA and Company mandated random drug and alcohol tests.
  • Able to pass a required 10year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks.
  • Able to work nights weekends holidays and varying schedules
  • Able to lift 75 lbs. routinely with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA EPA state and federal regulations.
