The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Who we are looking for...
You work behind the scenes to make sure our guests and teams have everything they need. Whether its food beverages hotel equipment cleaning supplies or marketing materials all goods pass through your hands and youre a professional in warehousing inventory and order management. You are a competent contact person for all hotel departments and build good business relationships with our suppliers. Thanks to your diligence and prudence there are never any bottlenecks and the hotel operation runs smoothly every day!
What your responsibilities are...
- You conduct negotiations with suppliers and obtain offers weighing them according to cost efficiency and feasibility
- You maintain contact with suppliers and contractors
- You are responsible for all purchase orders receiving storage and distribution of goods
- You manage the purchase orders and the ordering process
- You are responsible for the receipt of goods checking them verifying delivery addresses and checking invoices
- You are responsible for warehousing and stock management
- You organize and carry out the issue of goods
- You control costs and stocks and are responsible for carrying out inventories
- You carefully book delivery bills invoices and internal goods movements
- You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team

- You have at least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the purchasing area or several years of experience in the upscale hotel industry with specialized training.
- Your entrepreneurial commercial and organizational knowledge and skills are the basis for your decisions
- You are a communication talent with good German language skills
- Your winning appearance your cando attitude and handson mentality are a natural part of your personality
- You hold a work permit for EU/Germany
