Are you fluent in Danish and looking to join an international team thats making the digital world a safer space We are now hiring Danishspeaking Customer Support Agents on behalf of our client a global tech company specializing in online content moderation for digital marketplaces.
This is a fulltime opportunity based in Malta with a flexible hybrid model that allows you to work both from the office and from the comfort of your home.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist users and respond to their inquiries via email (no phone support).
Identify and report trends and common user issues to internal teams.
Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with moderation rules policies and tools.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and safe user experience.
Support dispute resolution between buyers and sellers on online platforms.
Monitor content and enforce compliance with company and legal guidelines.
Work closely with external partners when needed.
What Were Looking For:
Nativelevel or fluent Danish speaker with strong English skills.
Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for spotting inconsistencies.
Reliable responsible and able to work independently.
Interest in digital trends marketplaces and online community safety.
Ability to make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
