Job Description

Job Summary

As the Inside Sales Representative Head you will lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to drive revenue growth develop strategies to acquire and retain customers and ensure seamless sales processes. This role requires a resultsdriven leader with strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and amp; Team Management
  2. Recruit train and manage a highperforming team of inside sales representatives.
  3. Provide coaching mentorship and support to ensure team success.
  4. Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor performance.
  5. Sales Strategy and amp;
  6. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to achieve revenue targets.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to generate and manage leads through the sales funnel.
  8. Conduct regular sales forecasting pipeline reviews and performance analysis.
  9. Customer Engagement
  10. Oversee customer outreach and relationshipbuilding efforts.
  11. Address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  12. Ensure excellent communication with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.
  13. Process Improvement and amp; Reporting
  14. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  15. Implement tools and technologies to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
  16. Prepare regular reports on team performance revenue metrics and market trends.
  17. Collaboration
  18. Work closely with other departments such as marketing and customer support to align sales efforts with organizational objectives.
  19. Provide feedback from the sales team to influence product or service development.

Qualifications and amp; Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience 5 years) in inside sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problemsolving.
  • Other: Knowledge of the industry and target markets relevant to the organization.
